Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Handling:
When you order items from shebasfashionapparel.com, shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. When you are ready to checkout you will be offered several Shiping Method options. We offer the lowest possible shipping rates, and your items will be delivered withing 5-10 days (USA and Puerto Rico) of purchase, via US Postal Service. It usually takes 3 business days to process and handle your order before it is shipped.
We will not be able to cancel any order placed once it has been marked as processed/shipped. And, we cannot assume responsibility for your package once it has been shipped. If you do encounter a problem, however, we will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue quickly (by contacting the carrier) and get your items delivered to you if possible.
International customers - Please note that some countries charge import taxes when you import products from another country. Sheba's Fashion Apparel is not responsible for those charges. We recommend you verify this information with your country prior to placing an order. Sheba's Fashion Apparel will no longer be offering First Class Mail shipping service for international customers.
Sheba's Fashion Apparel accepts returns on all products EXCEPT Intimates (body shapers, body control tops and corsets with a thong) and made to order dresses. The items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging to be accepted. Customers will be given 7 days from receipt of the item(s) to make a return. In accordance to US law we cannot accept returns on intimates for safety and hygienic purposes (NO EXCEPTIONS).
If you need to return a product(s), please follow the steps listed below:
1. Please contact us immediately to request a return form, which contains a specific return address. We will not accept returns without the return form provided and authorized by Sheba's Fashion Apparel. You must send the form along with the return item.
2. Items returned are subject to verification. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 30% for refused merchandise. We will not apply a restocking fee on items that are correctly returned.
3. Once the item is verified, a store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost(s) of the original package(s). We will only make a refund if the item(s) is out of stock.
4. The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs and must send the item via US Postal Service and include a tracking number.
